Selected biotechnology
companies interested in partnering technologies or products,
co-marketing arrangements, or tapping into the European financing
network are invited to present at BIO-Europe 2008.
Last year, 168 companies were selected to
present to an audience that included representatives from over
130 pharmaceutical companies and more than 70 financial institutions.
Presentations are 15 minutes long and focus
on the following issues:
- Key technologies
- Product / clinical development
- Existing alliances
- Type of alliances sought
A committee consisting of sponsors, BIO, EBE
and EBD Group representatives will choose the presenters. Selection
will be based on the interests of pharmaceutical companies,
consistency with BIO-Europe 2008’s
topics and the "licensability" of products or technologies. |

Profile/Conference
CD
Company profiles received after October 31, 2008,
will not be included on the BIO-Europe conference CD. However,
your company profile will be published in the password-protected
Partnering section of the BIO-Europe website.
Payment/Invoice
Companies selected for a presentation will receive an invoice
shortly after they have been notified about their assigned
presentation slot.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing by September 26,
2008, to Tom Voigt at tvoigt@ebdgroup.com to
receive a refund (minus a processing fee of € 250).
Refunds will be processed after BIO-Europe 2008.
After September 26, 2008, the full registration
fee is applicable. However, you may send a replacement from
your company.
No-shows will still be billed for the full registration fee
as we are fulfilling our event obligations.
